The schedule includes a wide range of sweaty-, strength training-, Mindful Body-, and Dance classes – something for everyone! We have also included Pilates based on customer requests, starting from Thursday, September 1, 2025 every other week. As a new feature, we also offer a more challenging choreography in Step *** and Dance **. You don’t have to sign up for our classes separately – there’s always room for you!
