Combat 90’s & 2000’s PARTY edition will be held on Tuesday 28.10. from 5.45 pm to 7.15 pm.

An energetic, feel-good class that combines punches and kicks with easy basic steps and good music! After the warm-up, the class consists of punch and kick combinations adapted to the songs, movements that strengthen the core.
The class will be instructed in Finnish, but our instructors also speak English.
