PRICE: You can access the intensive class with a valid gym, group exercise or MIX card for a price of 15 € (no times deducted from the card) / without a valid card for 25 €
CONTENT: Pilates 90min class focuses on strengthening the deep muscles of the body, improving mobility, and breathing technique.
