Group Exercise Classes

Fitness Club Olarium offers about 40 good quality and varying Group Exercise Classes to our customers every week, so everyone can find their favorite classes which to attend!

Our aerobic classes range from:

  • Challenging classes
  • Dance-classes
  • Physically tough classes
  • Basic aerobic classes
  • Calming classes to soothe and heal the mind and body alike

 

NOTE: All of our Group Exercise Classes are instructed in Finnish but all of our staff speak english, so please don’t hesitate to ask for help or some instructions in English. More detailed information about our classes can be found on the right (Class Descriptions).

 

The Group Exercise room in Fitness Club Olarium is brightly lit, full of natural light with the walls lined with mirrors.

Our studio can fit 50 customers at once, which means that there is no need to sign up for classes beforehand. This makes it that much easier to come to our classes as you wish and use your time effectively and with less stress. We enroll customers to our classes in arriving order. Note that some classes are more popular than others, so to ensure your place in every class, please arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of any class you wish to attend!

 

Instructors

At Fitness Club Olarium the criteria for instructors are absolute professionalism and multiple years of experience in the fitness industry. Most of our instructors have been instructing classes well over 10 years. Our instructors are all big personalities, which is why we love them so much! They instruct high-performance and effective classes, all with their own style and personal twists to them.

At Olarium most of our classes are non-concept, which means that our instructors all plan and create their own classes and choreographies themselves. This way we can assure that our classes vary and are always unique, with versatility and personality, to fill the needs of all our customers.
